 What are House Styles? 

House styles are what magazine editors used to catch the reader attention with the similar layouts. It would allow the readers to be familiarized with the layout, so they will be allowed to identify the specific magazine. In modern days, house styles are very effective.

  • Font and Masterhead 
  • Magazine title and logo 
  • Color 
  • Layout

In modern days, the African American community is facing many situations from racism and stereotypes. As a young black female, I used my experiences and knowledge that will attract my target audience.
