Interview Questions

In class, we practiced interview questions. Throughout this practice, I learned a significant amount of information to have a  great interview.  I now understood that my questions have to be very specific. Questions should be open-ended rather than closed questions
Some of my interview questions would be :
  1. What position do you hold?
  2. What made you become a leader?
  3. What is your biggest accomplishment?
  4. Any mistakes were made? If what was it and how did you learn from it.
  5. If someone wants to be in your position, personally what would you say they need such as skills?
